When is the Ent Center open?

We are typically open every day with a few exceptions for holidays. Current building hours can be found here.
 

What are your COVID policies and safety measures?
Does it cost money to visit the Ent Center or Galleries of Contemporary Art?

The Ent Center for the Arts and Galleries of Contemporary Art are free and open to the public. Check the current building hours here before dropping by.
 

When is the Box Office open?

We are typically open every day prior to events.

Where can I park and is parking free?

For events, parking is included in your tickets, allowing you to bypass the parking kiosks at each lot. There are multiple parking lots surrounding the Ent Center for the Arts. For more details and a parking map, click here.
 

Can I film or record at the event?

Due to rights and contract licensing, audio and video recording is typically not allowed at the Ent Center for the Arts. There are occasional exceptions, which will be communicated to you via day-of signage and in the "Know Before You Go / Plan Your Visit" email prior to the event.

Am I always charged ticket fees, even if I purchase tickets in person?

Yes, ticket fees are applied to ALL tickets sold through the Ent Center for the Arts Box Office and the ticket price is the same whether you purchase with us in-person, over the phone, or online. We do not apply additional convenience fees or credit card fees to your ticket.

I am unable to attend my scheduled performance, what are my ticket options?

Give the Box Office a call at 719-255-8181 and we will work with you to exchange your tickets, which may result in an exchange fee. Please note: All sales are final and the Ent Center for the Arts has a no-refund policy on tickets sold except due to illness or event cancellation.

Can I bring food or drink into the theater spaces?

Pinney's Cafe will open 45 minutes prior to select performances. Concessions and beverages may be purchased at the café and enjoyed in the lobby or in the theater. Outside food and drink are not permitted. The Shockley-Zalabak Theater and Chapman Foundations Recital Hall have cup-holders in seats for your convenience.

What is the dress code for an event at the Ent Center?

There is no formal dress code to attend performances at the Ent Center for the Arts. We recommend bringing layers, as the temperature in the theaters can fluctuate during the performances. Coat racks are available during chilly evenings.
